Golf package includes Golf/Cart, Range Balls, Snack Pack, Lunch Ticket and Food after the event.

Join Us as a Vendor!
Vendors have the opportunity to sponsor a hole and be positioned on the tee boxes, where they can interact with each team as they play through. Holes will be randomly assigned and are limited to 18 sponsors.
We also offer opportunities for non-hole sponsors located in areas that golfers pass through during the round.
Sponsors are encouraged to engage golfers with games, giveaways, and/or beverage tickets. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company—share information, host a fun activity, and make connections. We kindly ask that all vendor interactions respect the players’ time and help maintain the pace of play.
On-Course Table Sponsorship – $550
Only 18 on-hole vendor locations are available, along with additional course locations, making these one of the most valuable networking opportunities of the day. This sponsorship is ideal for companies that want direct interaction with golfers while showcasing their products, services, and brand throughout the event.
Includes:
- Reserved hole or course sponsorship location
- Company yard sign displayed on course
- Tent
- Table
- Two chairs
- Lunch and dinner for up to two representatives
- Personal golf cart for transportation to and from your assigned hole (available throughout the day)
Bring your giveaways, games, product demonstrations, raffle items, or simply your best conversations. Golfers consistently tell us that interacting with vendors on the course is one of the highlights of the event.
Food Sponsorship – $500
Help keep our golfers fueled throughout the day while gaining premium visibility.
Includes:
- Company yard sign displayed on the course
- Recognition as a Food Sponsor in event communications and sponsor materials
- Company logo displayed at lunch and dinner serving areas
- Recognition during meal announcements
- Opportunity to provide company literature, giveaways, koozies, or promotional items at dinner table

Day-of-Event Sponsorship – $300
A great option for companies looking to support the scholarship fundraiser without staffing a hole.
