Dinner provided after tournament in pavilion: burgers and brats, chips, soft drinks

Individual Golfer: $125
Team of 4: $500
Sponsor and Team of 4: $750
Company Sponsorship: $300
Tickets include golf w/cart, and meals
Individual golfers (less than 4) to be formed into teams at check-in.
