The GEAPS Foundation is incorporated under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit, tax exempt foundation. Contributions from individuals, companies and foundations are fully tax-deductible as provided by US law. Non-US Donors can optain a tax deduction agains US-earned income only.
